How Our Church Works

As a Congregational Church, the congregation is the head of our church. All Boards are chaired by and include members of the church. All major decisions are made by the congregation, including who is called as the pastor, how the church allocates its financial resources and what policies the church wishes to have in place. Congregational meetings allow for full discussion and resolution of issues that arise in the life of our church. All members have a voice and a vote. Therefore, it is incumbent upon all members to be involved in the workings of the church.
